It's no news that as students, we are almost always anxious. If it isnisn't that test, it's that attendance, that un read note, that looming exam, that person, that cash and so on. We too dey worry.

STRESS? Dont worry about it !

Anything that poses a challenge or a threat to our well-being is a stress. Some stresses get you going and they are good for you-without any stress at all, many say our lives would be boring and would probably feel pointless.
Sure,you might sweat it when the boss dumps a new project on you. But you 'll also feel excited. That's the pleasure chemical Dopamine flowing in your brain: you won't get your dopamine from doing the same old thing. However, when the stresses undermine both our mental and physical health they are bad.
Stress doesn't affect your lifespan-
