THE LONG-AWAITED PHOENIX CLASS DINNER…

…or should we say, the long awaited-eventually-lost-interest-while-waiting FYCA ? Forgive the sarcasm abeg, it gets to us sometimes. Back to the matter, the outgoing yr6 class (phoenix) finally came around with their FYCA (final year class activities) after all the hype

and rumors that it was going to be the best we were yet to see. We’d have to leave the verdict for you all to decide.

So amidst all other activities going on, the 6months old strike, health week, tests and all what’s not, we had given up on them but lol they came around with a date and this time around decided to put a twist to it by having a 2-in-one activity (dinner/variety) at Tropicana events place GRA and hopefully, a few of us who had the zeal showed up to see how that was going to turn out. Big thumbs up to the FYCA Chairman, Oboidhe Blessing who with the help of the dedicated LOC put everything together. I also must add at this point that their refreshment was awesome…….kudos phoenix.

So far the show started on a good note with one of our most admired lecturer Dr.Okoh as the Chairman of the occasion. We don’t want to bore you with gist of everything that happened, we’d leave the pictures to do the talking.
